They are an FMCG company going through an exponential growth phase with a lot of investment. They have a unique position in the market and many established brands that are household names. They have amazing offices based in central London.

Job Description

This is a brilliant role for the right candidate. The Board member is looking for an EA who is going to be an EA but more at the level of a Business Manager, or perhaps with some Chief of Staff responsibilities. This role will be very much in partnership with her and you will act as a sounding board.

You will act as a strong gatekeeper for her, take full control of her diary and travel. You will also need to be capable of upwardly managing her. You will do proof reading of some presentations and documents before they are circulated at meetings. You will attend meetings with her and are likely to be required to travel with her 3-4 times a year for 2-4 days at a time.

This role is required in the office 3 days a week, but if your boss is travelling without you, then it is more than likely you would be able to work from home during these times.

The Successful Applicant

You will:

1. Have supported a Board Member, ideally for a large company; FMCG experience is ideal but not an absolute requirement.
2. Be an EA who can manage upwards.
3. Be very commercial and business savvy.
4. Have excellent attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication.
5. Be able to proofread.
6. Be able to travel with the Board member 3-4 times a year for 2-4 days at a time.
7. Understand that the role is office-based 3 days a week, with some flexibility at times.

What's on Offer

£65,000 - £85,000 (depending on the candidate) plus an outstanding bonus and benefits package.
