Location: Fowey, Cornwall
Contract Length: 10 Months (with potential opportunity for a permanent position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
• Valid SMSTS and/or SSSTS qualifications.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach to site management and safety.
