On Target Earnings 80,000 per annum

REClifts is now looking for a Lift Modernisation Engineer in Chelmsford, Essex.

Commutable from: Braintree, Witham, Colchester, Ipswich, Basildon, Canvey Island, Romford, Bishops Stortford, Enfield, Cambridge, Sawbridgeworth, Southend- on- Sea, Brentwood, Dagenham.

Ideal Candidate: Lift Engineer: Modernisation

• Carry out modernisations of passenger lifts
• Control own jobs including planning of lift modernisations
• Work efficiently and in a safe manner in accordance with all Health and Safety guidelines.
• Liaise directly with the customer whilst on site and build a good working relationship
• Participate in callout rota - optional
• Report all major repairs/defects to encourage improvements or new installations in lift equipment and safety.

Ideal Candidate: Lift Engineer: Modernisation

• Qualified NVQ 3 lift engineering discipline either service or installation - Essential
• Has at least 3 years experience as a Lift Installation / Modernisation Engineer - passenger lifts - Essential
• UK Driving Licence - Essential
• Lives a commutable distance away from Chelmsford, Essex or willing to relocate.
