Electrical Test Engineer

Acorn by Synergie are looking for an Electrical Test Engineer in Bristol! This is within a 6 month timeframe working in a student accommodation project to start ASAP.

Duties:

• Carry out electrical testing, inspections and remedials in a compliant manner working to electrical testing program EICR
• Work on your own or in a large team on site
• Completion of safety documentation, prestart check lists and point of work risk assessments
• The accurate completion of in-house compliance documentation, job cards and electrical test sheets
• Carry out all work activities safely and in line RAMS and in line with training
• Completion of electrical isolations for all relevant works
• You will be reporting to the Qualifying Supervisors and Electrical Site Supervisor
• Testing and Inspection work
• Produce technical reports relating to activity

Required:

• Level 3 City and Guilds in Testing and Inspection
• NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations
• City and Guilds 18th Edition
• City and Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection Qualification
• Previous experience working in the facilities industry would be beneficial but not essential.

On offer:

• 24 - 26 per hour
• 6.30am-3pm finish, Monday to Thursday
• 6.30am-1.30pm finish, Friday
