Salary: 80,000 - 85,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Project Manager to serve as the vital link between our installation and Contract Managers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, adeptly manage project packages, and possess a keen commercial awareness, particularly in financials, processes, and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
• Manage project packages effectively, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and communication.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Facilitate procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Details:

• Location: Hackney Wick, London
• Project Value: 12M (M&E)
• Scope: Residential development with multiple commercial units.
• Initial Working Location: Essex office for the first two months.
