Groundworker

I'm looking for a Groundworker in the Bedford area to work in a permanent contract with a well-established social housing contractor. This job will be carrying out reactive repairs externally on domestic properties.

The Groundworker will need:

• Experience working in social housing properties
• Experience in domestic ground works
• A Full UK driving license

The Groundworker will be responsible for:

• External reactive repairs such as slabbing, paving, fencing etc
• Brickwork and basic drainage repairs

The Groundworker will receive:

• 36,000 salary
• A company van and fuel card
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
