Primavera Scheduler required for a major engineering consultancy based in Germany

Responsibilities

• Progress tracking Level 4/5 Schedule P6
• Update assembly sequence planning
• Reporting to PMThey
• Earned value analysis
• Project controlling
• Resource management
• Scheduling and cost planning
• Project scheduling in national and international projects using the PRIMAVERA P6 tool
• Independent creation of offer schedules as a basis for the scheduling feasibility check and availability analysis of resources
• Independent creation of project schedules as a control instrument for effective project execution and for the early detection of delays and scheduling conflicts
• Conducting regular progress reviews, creating target-actual comparisons, trend analyses and reports
• Critical path analysis and resource requirements (including bottlenecks)
• Support in developing alternative schedule scenarios
• Coordination with all parties involved, as well as clarification of the interfaces to other schedules and continuous communication of the schedule to the relevant project participants
• Reporting (evaluation, presentation of defined indicators)
