Contracts Manager & Estimator

We are currently looking for an Electrical Contracts Manager & Estimator.

• Experienced Electrical Contracts manager & estimator with proven experience of managing tenders from inception to submission, then to provide contacts management through to completion.
• Must be able to understand and read through specifications and drawings provided.
• The role shall include estimating projects from various different sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and industrial.
• Full time position
• The salary is flexible dependant on experience but is in the range of 45,000 - 55,000 plus company vehicle.

Suitable candidates may have the following qualities:-

• Thorough and efficient supplier and subcontractor knowledge
• Understanding of associated electrical services
• Flexible and dedicated in approach to deadlines with both tenders and project completion dates.
• Computer literate with experience of Estimation software Issuing/updating tender documents via an electronic control system
• Willing and able to work as part of a team with personal skills to promote good relationships and a friendly working environment
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained in accordance with Company policies
• Working in an integrated team

We would also consider interviewing approved electricians who are timed served with certification looking to progress their careers from on site to an office / management role. salary expectations will be dependant on experience and qualifications should we pursue this option

Salary

45,000 - 55,000 per annum based on experience plus company Vehichle.
