Recycling Waste Management Operative

Responsive Personnel are looking for Recycling Operatives to work for a leading waste management company based on the outskirts of Swindon.

Details:

• Role: Recycling/Waste management operative
• Pay-rate: 11.44 - 17.16 ph
• Hours: 6:30am - 5pm (Guaranteed overtime)
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Location: Swindon

Role:

The role consists of various tasks to include the operation of conveyor belts, sorting and material crushing machines. You will responsible for the destruction & separation of various waste streams to include Metal, Plastic, Glass & Wood.

Essential Skills:

• Picking & sorting of products/waste
• Loading & Unloading of Conveyor belts
• Good attention to detail
• Good hand - eye coordination
• Willingness to commit to a long working day - (guaranteed overtime)
• Own transport required due to location
