Paint Sprayer (Perm Position) Location: Ongar, Essex
Pay Rate: 14.50 - 18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a dynamic role? A leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery is seeking a skilled individual to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a variety of tasks beyond paint spraying, including shot blasting and general workshop assistance, providing a diverse and hands-on work environment.
While a background in agriculture is preferred, it is not essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paint Spraying: Applying high-quality finishes to trailers, ensuring precision and consistency.
- Shot Blasting: Preparing surfaces for painting by removing rust, dirt, and previous coatings.
- Workshop Support: Assisting with general workshop duties, including some assembly tasks as required.
- Workplace Organisation: Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in paint spraying, ideally in an industrial or agricultural setting.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including spraying on top and underneath trailers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Comfortable with a variety of tasks and adaptable to the needs of the workshop.
