Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit planning applications, including detailed planning statements and reports.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed planning appraisals.

Key Skills:

• MRTPI qualified or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in planning, with a focus on both residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex information effectively.
• Strong project management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
