IT Support - 1st and 2nd Line

Situated in Isleworth my client is looking to take on a IT Support Technician to carry out 1st and 2nd Line support to their employees and students.

This is a contract position on an on-going basis and the suitable applicant will have a good working knowledge of:

• Windows desktop operating systems with Windows 10
• Microsoft Office Applications
• Windows server operating systems, the configuration and setup
• AD and Domain Management
• AD permissions - granting/folder access
• Network Support (LAN/WAN)
• MFD Support - Print Management System
• Citrix - Basic Support
• Network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Switches, Routers)
• Apple OSX and MAC Support
• Telecoms - Basic phone systems support
• Experience supporting AV equipment - projectors, TV's, Webcams etc.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for customer support - ensuring that they provide 1st class care and attention for their client.
