Job Opportunity: Traffic Marshalls in Faversham (ME13)

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Traffic Marshalls to join our team for a construction project located in and around Faversham (ME13). This is a short-term opportunity with a project duration of 2 weeks.

Requirements:

• CSCS Card: Must be valid and in-date.
• Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman Qualification: NPORS or CPCS Traffic Marshall ticket required.
• 5-Point PPE: Provided, except for steel toe boots.
• Driving Licence: Preferred due to site location, but not mandatory.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman is required.
• Personal Attributes: We are looking for honest, hardworking, and reliable individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the guidance of the Lead Traffic Marshall.
• Guide large heavy vehicles into the holding bay and prevent parking on adjacent roads.
• Assist with on-site marshalling or banksman tasks on the construction site.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the holding bay/Marshall compound.
• Inspect fuel levels on welfare equipment to ensure functionality.
• Support safe vehicle movement within the Marshall compound.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 06 00 (12 hours paid)
• Saturday: 07 00 (5 hours paid)

Compensation:

• Payments are made weekly.
