We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Director of Software Engineering for a multi-national gambling and gaming group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, leadership, and a passion for innovation in the betting and gaming industry.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2. 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
4. Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
