Wet Paint Sprayer

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our client based in Halifax as a Wet Paint Sprayer. If you have experience in using paint spraying equipment and a dedication to achieving exceptional finishes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
• Operate paint spraying equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
• Adjust spray nozzles, pressure settings, and other variables to achieve desired finishes.
• Monitor paint levels and equipment performance, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Ensure that all painting work meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive setting.
• Proficiency in operating paint spraying equipment and understanding of paint mixing and application techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

This will be rotating shifts between mornings and afternoons.
