Trainee Account Executive

Location: Taunton (office based)

Monday - Friday - Office based. 9 am - 5:30 pm

Trainee Account Executive - Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Source new clients and expand our commercial insurance portfolio.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing customised solutions for them.

Recommend appropriate insurance products and source the best suited policy for the customers demands and needs.

Supporting your team with any office duties, adjustments, issuance, quotations and renewals

Working towards branch targets and deadlines

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 + years of experience in business development sales (B2B) or a strong sales and customer service background.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
