Job Title: Site Manager (1 Week Holiday Cover)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 1-week holiday cover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing both internal and external works on residential projects. You will ensure that site operations run smoothly overseeing all aspects of the build on a section of 39 units.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within residential development.
• Strong understanding of both internal and external construction processes.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification.
