Job Title: Static Air Conditioning Engineer

Salary: 50,000 - 52,000 per annum

Location: Hatfield

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. This role involves performing both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on a variety of HVAC equipment based at a large critical site near Hatfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
• Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
  • F-Gas Category 1 certification.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of AHU's, FCU's, VRV's, Splits, VRF's, VAV's, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and Actuators.
• Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of a mobile role.
