Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? Do you have a natural ability to connect with children and help them overcome challenges? We're looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team!

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Full-time / Part-time positions available

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with children and young people, providing guidance and support to help them manage their behaviour, build confidence, and achieve personal goals. You'll be working both in schools and in the community, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

• Support children and young people with behavioural challenges, helping them develop positive strategies.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with students, teachers, and families.
• Develop and deliver tailored 1:1 or small group interventions.
• Promote emotional well-being and resilience in young people.
• Travel between schools and community locations as needed.
