About the Role As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering our clients to live fulfilling lives. We have various positions available across band levels, each with specific requirements for qualifications, experience, and skill sets. During the interview process, we'll discuss the appropriate band level and pay scale to align with your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support and care to individuals with varying support needs, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and daily living activities.
• Assist with medication administration as required, following training and assessments.
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice to enhance the quality of life for each person we support.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
• Work flexibly across shift patterns, as needed.
