Our client is a leading provider of fire and security systems, committed to delivering top-tier service and protection to our clients across London, Surrey and the surrounding areas. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Fire Alarm Service Engineer with additional expertise in intruder alarm systems to join us.

Key Purpose of the Job:

As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial and residential sites. Your expertise in intruder alarm systems will also be a valuable asset as you assist in the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of these systems.

Key responsilbilites:

• Conduct regular maintenance, servicing, and repairs on fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Install, service, and maintain intruder alarm systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults on fire and intruder alarm systems efficiently.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed and materials used.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of intruder alarm systems.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., FIA, BAFE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
