Nursery Manager - Mill Hill NW7 - £30,000-£35,000 per annum (Dependant on experience ) - Brand New Nursery opening January 2025

Our client is a qualified Montessori Childminder herself and is very passionate about children learning through play the old fashioned way.
She is opening up a small scale 15 place nursery pre school for children ages 2-4 years is due to open in January 2025, pre inspection from Ofsted asap.
We seek a Nursery Manager who is confident and knowledgeable about the EYFS. We will also consider an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager looking to step up.
An individual who wishes to be part of the new journey and will be present during the Ofsted pre registration visit.
The founder is hands on and a very down to earth individual who is present and can also be contacted by phone anytime.

Nursery Manager Qualifications /Experience

• C grade English and Maths
• Experienced in being part of Ofsted inspections.
• Experience in safeguarding procedures
• Ability to use initiative and have a structured day in place.
• Knowledge of childcare management
• Qualified to level 3 and above
• 2-3 years experience managing a setting successfully
• Candidate who is driven and passionate achieving the highest standard
• Knowledge of EYFS
• Knowledge of health and safety
• First aid certificate
