Job title: Labourer

Main purpose:

To assist other trades and Supervisors in the completion of various unskilled tasks and activities including the loading and unloading of materials

Mon to Thu (Apply online only) Fri, Sat, Sun, (Apply online only)

This position is to include 1 weekend in 3 as part of rotating shift pattern

Attend site on the first day with protective footwear and all other PPE will be provided

32 days annual holiday.

Size and Scope: To undertake all non-trade tasks as required

Responsibilities:

• Assist trades in the completion of their works
• Assist Supervisors in yards and stores
• Comply with Company Health and Safety Policy provisions
• Assist with the completion of contractual obligations in a non-technical capacity
• To assist in safe keeping, managing and delivery of materials, stores and yards

Person requirement:

Qualifications:

• Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card
• Current UK driving license

• Literacy and numeracy
• Knowledge and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements and risk assessments

Experience:

• Good understanding of building related maintenance
• Work related experience
