We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a strong sports background.
Come and join our team in their crusade to make our classrooms supportive and enriching places, where vulnerable young people can achieve so much more than they ever expected.
Our LSAs provide a range of focused interventions for vulnerable, “At Risk”, or students with identified support needs through 1-1 support, small group work, buddying and mentoring. We offer extensive support to new staff through a thorough induction and regular support and coaching. We have colleagues in the team who started out as LSAs and progressed into teaching; and even curriculum and management!

Salary: £22,308 per annum, pro rata (£19,991, term-time only, for a full academic year.)**

Contract Type: Fixed-term. This will be reviewed at the end of the academic year (31st August 2025)
Salaries are based on working weeks, with a pro-rata entitlement to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays; so will vary according to the point at which you start within the academic year.
