Job Title: Sustainability Manager - Food & Drink Industry

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: 55-60k

The Experience Required:

• Proven success in delivering and managing sustainability strategies within an organisation.
• Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience within a food/drink/FMCG/retail background is highly desirable.
• Confident with establishing baselines, setting targets and reporting on progress within the sustainability strategy across a business.

The Role/Responsibilities:

• Delivering and developing the business-wide sustainability strategy.
• Setting targets and managing progress on reducing resources.
• Managing key customer relationships from the sustainability point of view.
• Working proactively and cross-functionally within the organisation to drive initiatives across multiple departments.
