We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our facilities management team! If you enjoy solving problems and keeping things running smoothly, this might be the job for you.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing inspections and tests on equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assisting with Portable Appliance Testing and coordinating with electricians for maintenance tasks.
- Communicating with Venue Managers to plan maintenance work and minimizing disruptions.
- Troubleshooting and repairing faults while adhering to health & safety regulations.
- Maintaining accurate service records and updating the CAFM system with job details.
- Conducting risk assessments and reporting any incidents to the Service Manager.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Formal City and Guilds Training in Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
- A full clean UK driving licence
- Experience working within a technical maintenance environment
- Approachable, adaptable, and helpful personality, and will be able to get on with people
