What you ll do as Senior Management Accountant:

As Senior Management Accountant you ll be responsible for preparing LB Bentley Management Accounts, and provide the business with Finance, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) around Manufacturing efficiencies.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare LB Bentley s Management Accounts to EBITDA level and provide gross margin information and overhead analysis to the Divisional Controller.
• Design and prepare weekly factory accounts and analysis.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations to analyse and improve factory efficiencies, performance, stock and output.
• Produce weekly KPI statements to the Leadership Team.

What you ll need as Senior Management Accountant:

• To be a qualified Accountant to CIMA level, or equivalent.
• A continuous improvement mindset and be proactive in identifying efficiencies and new processes.
• Analytical, pragmatic and forward looking.
• Experience of a manufacturing environment is essential.
