Production Operative

Your new company
An engineering company based in Chippenham, who are leaders in their industry, are looking to fill a production operative vacancy. They are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and work in a team. This is a newly created role due to business growth.

Your new role
Your new role as Production Operative will consist of helping skilled operatives fulfil their daily targets by offering support when required. In your new role you'll work 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday -7:30-16:00, with a half day on the Friday. You will be involved in heavy lifting and general factory work.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for the Production Operative vacancy, you'll need to have worked within a manufacturing facility previously. You must have a positive mindset and willingness to learn / develop.

What you'll get in return
As the Production Operative, you earn a basic salary of up to £14 per hour. In addition to this, you'll receive 24 days annual leave + bank holidays.
