Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Brent
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 15:30pm
Start Date: October Half Term (October 28th)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis, helping students stay focused and engaged in their learning.
• Modify learning activities and resources to meet the needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism or ADHD.
• Work closely with the class teacher to adapt teaching strategies.
• Provide emotional support, helping to build students' confidence and self-esteem.
• Monitor and assess student progress, working in partnership with the school's SENCO to create and review tailored support plans.

What We're Looking For in a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

• Experience working with children in any capacity, such as tutoring, babysitting, or volunteering.
• A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to supporting children's needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed both academically and emotionally.
