Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor
Manage project budgets and financial targets, ensuring successful financial outcomes
Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Provide cost analysis and financial forecasting to guide project efficiency
Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-mitigation strategies
Work alongside project managers to ensure budget alignment and project timelines
Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor
8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within highways
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is desirable but not essential
Demonstrated experience in managing complex infrastructure projects and contract negotiation
Excellent analytical skills and a strong strategic mindset
