Qualifications:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, with relevant industry experience.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control functions
