Pay - 28.85 p/h to 36.38 p/h PAYE, 32.33 p/h to 40.77 p/h Umbella
SRG are working with a global leading pharmaceutical company that are seeking a Senior Manager in Performance Analytics & Insights to join their busy team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IQVIA and Pharma data, proficiency in SQL coding, expertise with Snowflake, and excellent documentation skills. This role requires exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to work cross-functionally across various teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Performance Analytics & Insights team to deliver high-quality analytical support and insights.
- Utilize IQVIA and Pharma data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and implement SQL-based queries and scripts to analyze large datasets and support business decision-making.
- Manage and optimize data storage and retrieval processes using Snowflake.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of data processes, analytics methodologies, and insights to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, including Digital and after analytical functions
- Present findings and insights to senior leadership and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve and innovate our analytical capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analytics, data insights, or a related area.
- Strong expertise in IQVIA data and Pharma data is essential.
- Proficient in SQL coding with the ability to write complex queries and scripts.
- Experience with Snowflake for data storage and management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.
