Edinburgh Trams has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Systems Administrator to join their team. This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract and Part Time (16 hours per week).

About the role

The Training team are looking for a high performing administrator to support the team on a part time basis. The successful person will be responsible for managing and administrating the Learning Management System (Smart Trams), ensuring all work is up to date and accessible for its members. Aside from this, the job holder will need to manage user accounts, grant page permissions, upload and organise all learning materials within various modules and courses. The role will provide an opportunity to learn the process of working with subject matter experts to develop online training content.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Developing E-Learning content, branding and coding within Adapt Builder feature and uploading to LMS.
  • To co-ordinate the maintenance, monitoring and reporting of staff development records.
  • Carry out the administrative task aligned to training programs including, materials, e-learning content, and associated media.
  • Carry out the administrative tasks associated with Competence Management for the organisation.
  • Support Training Manager with the provision of Learning & Development data, management information and compliance reports

Salary: £27,237 FTE (£10,894 for part time16 hours)

About you

Minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Extremely Organised, able to demonstrate completing administrative tasks to an excellent standard.
  • A multitasker, able to work at pace while dealing with any last-minute queries.
  • Previous experience working with learning systems or any other system that is used to develop content.
