We are currently recruiting for a reputable house builder known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in Bedfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer care processes.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably within the construction or housing sector.
