Health Care Support Worker

looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Workers to join our team on an ad-hoc basis in Reading. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene.
• Support nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide emotional and social support to patients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a healthcare or support worker role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
• Relevant healthcare qualifications (preferred).

Salary:

• 13.50 per hour (Days)
• 16.00 per hour (Nights and Saturdays)
• 17.00 per hour (Sundays)
