looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Workers to join our team on an ad-hoc basis in Reading. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene.
- Support nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide emotional and social support to patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or support worker role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
- Relevant healthcare qualifications (preferred).
Salary:
- 13.50 per hour (Days)
- 16.00 per hour (Nights and Saturdays)
- 17.00 per hour (Sundays)
