Fire Stopper

We are recruiting for a team of 2 experienced Fire Stoppers to join our clients teams in Liverpool on a self employed basis. Own van is required.

As a Fire Stopper, you will be responsible for installing fire-resistant materials to prevent the spread of fire in buildings.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and must have relevant knowledge in all elements of passive fire protection. Candidates must also have an understanding of FRA works, fire strategies, evacuation policies and the ability to carry out all work safely in line with current regulations.

Main Duties

• Carry out installations in line with tested specifications and third party accreditation.
• Ensuring work areas are clean and general housekeeping is maintained.
• Completing pre/post inspections of all carried out works and ensuring they are recorded on the relevant application/system.

Requirements:

• NVQ 2 Passive Fire Protection
• FIRAS Service Penetration Seals
• CSCS Card
• Own Van
