We are currently recruiting for a HR Change Project Manager to join Phoenix Group as HR Change Project Manager to join our HR change team.
The role
This role will enable the Project Manager to take responsibility to drive and deliver through the full project lifecycle of critical ‘Redwood’ projects for our HR team. You will be responsible for overseeing the full end to end business process and is a great opportunity to implement and drive continuous improvements.
We are ideally looking for an Experienced Oracle HCM Project manager to deliver high quality projects over a 12 month timescale. This is an exciting, fast paced role and you will be required to deliver at pace, to a high level of quality and on budget.
What are we looking for?
Job Type: 12 month Secondment
Location: This role could be based in any of our UK offices with time spent working in the office and at home on a hybrid basis, attendance required led by project needs.
