The Role
We're seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. You'll handle diverse property matters including:
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Property sales and purchases
- Remortgaging
- Land, plot, and unit acquisition/disposal
- 5+ years PQE (or equivalent qualification and experience)
- Proven ability to manage independent caseload
- Experience supervising paralegals/assistants
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with CQS, Lexcel, Lender Panels, and Land Registry procedures
- Deliver exceptional client care
- Demonstrate effective file management
- Show enthusiasm and flexibility
- Maintain high-quality service standards
- Meet deadlines consistently
