Role Overview:

• Full-time, term-time only position
• Work 1:1 and in small groups with students across various subjects
• Support students' progress and attainment
• Assist with behaviour management and daily classroom activities
• Collaborate closely with the SEN team to create personalised learning plans

Essential Requirements:

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree in a Core Subject from a leading UK university
• Previous experience working with children is essential, ideally with SEN students
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in supporting children's learning and development
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
