On offer is a great opportunity to take an autonomous lead, moulding and developing your own manufacturing team whilst working withing a modern and close knit environment.

This manufacturer have over 50 years experience as experts in the Industrial Machinery sector. They operate from a purpose built and well-equipped facility.

This is a Monday - Friday days based role. You will be responsible for overseeing the production line, scheduling process improvements, and maintenance of technical machinery.

This role would suit a Production Supervisor or Manager looking for a local, days based role offering continued development and a secure working environment.

The Role.

• Monday-Friday (8 - 4.30 / 1pm on Friday).
• Production Management.
• Running of line, process improvements, machine maintenance.

The Candidate.

• Production Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader.
• H&S, Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• Commutable to Ashford.
