Introduction:

We are an independent garage seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our skilled team. If you re passionate about working with modern equipment in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you! While an MOT Tester certification would be a plus, it's not essential for the role. We are more interested in finding someone who brings hands-on experience and a great work ethic to the team.

Objectives:

As part of our team, you'll be working in a fully equipped workshop, handling a variety of vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks. You ll collaborate with other technicians and our friendly management team, while also having the autonomy to work independently when needed. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real impact, contributing to a positive work environment and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Your primary duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:

• Performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Using modern tools and equipment to ensure vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Delivering excellent customer service by addressing any issues or queries professionally.
• Conducting MOT tests if certified. (Advantageous but not a deal breaker)

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician or a Level 3 certification.
• A full UK driving license.
• Your own tools (to a certain level).
• A positive attitude with the ability to work well both as part of a team and independently.
• A reliable, checkable work history.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Benefits:
