FLT Counterbalance truck driver + Warehouse operative job duties

Trafford Park (M17)

Temp-Perm

Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 4PM, maybe early finish on Friday

Rate of pay: £13.03/hour

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced FLT Counterbalance truck drivers to start in the coming weeks in the Trafford Park area.

As a forklift truck operator, your main duties would include:

• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as lorries or vans
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Checking loads are secure
• Stacking empty pallets
• Part of the role will involve loading and unloading containers manually
• Other warehouse duties outside of FLT

The ideal candidate must:

• Minimum of 1 years experience operating FLT Counterbalance truck (ideally with Reach truck)
• Have a valid license/certificate to operate FLT Counterbalance truck (ideally with Reach truck)
• Be punctual and reliable
• Be able to organise and prioritise workload

The role starts on an initial temporary basis but long term/potentially permanent roles are available for the right people based on your performance, attitude and attendance.
