A strong lean background, a strong manager and somebody who isn't scared of rolling their sleeves up to create change Not the here-and-now change, but the long-term change that elevates a whole site's capability.

About you?

- Previous experience working within a fast-paced, ideally food manufacturing or FMCG environment in a similar position, leading small to medium-sized teams as a minimum
- Lean methodologies, the process is lean and automated - We want you to make it better, more slick and more efficient
- KPIs are KING.
- People management - A hard-working team going wrong, have you got experience in similar situations?
- Stakeholder management - A lot is going on work closely with the SLT to ensure what is delivered, sticks
