Where will I beworking?

We are recruiting for aSenior Support Worker to join our brand new supported livingservice based in Sandwich. You will be supporting a number ofadults who have a diagnosis in Autism, Mental Health andLearning Disabilities to live in the community You willreceive all the necessary training prior to supporting the peopleand this will take place locally.

As a SeniorSupport Worker you will make a real difference to people's lives.Passionate about people? You will enjoy the scope of this role inline management duties alongside supporting people whilst enhancingyour own life and career too, as you gain the experience andtraining you need to progress with us.

Our service St Barts needspeople who are team players and can inspire others. The role of theSenior Support Worker is to work with the management teamin providing first line support for the Support Workers intheir day to day activities, ensuring we are working in compliancewith policies and procedures and that new staff are inducted totheir roles. You will be responsible for rota management,staff supervision, the coaching of staff members and embeddingquality support for the people we support.

You will need to haveprevious Support Work/Health Care experience and be able to driveto be considered for this role.
