Role Purpose
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing LifeSearch partner marketing campaigns, initiatives and support services - aligned with our strategic priorities, business objectives and revenue targets.
Your primary purpose is to enable and support profitable revenue growth for LifeSearch through new and existing partnerships - always acting to protect people properly and ensure best possible customer outcomes.
Essential
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial services, with a proven track record of success. Protection space would be an advantage.
- Passionate about the brand, B2B and the customer, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in planning, running and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
- Experience in running social media presence, post and content creation, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
- Experience in managing and dealing with external partners, agencies and suppliers, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital, operations and with external suppliers/partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Powerpoint and Canva etc.
Desirable
- Advanced level qualification in Marketing, or equivalent fields.
- Understanding of content management and disciplines, and platforms/tools.
