Site based manager with electrical or mechanical experience working on an apartment installation in Newcastle
Attend site planning and coordination meetings with the main contractor
Supervise and coordinate with M&E site teams and subcontractors
Plan and organise work in line with programme dates.
Complete project reports
Monitoring costs and labour allocation
Maintain Health and Safety systems
