Role of a support worker

Are you looking for a Support worker role? We are looking for dedicated support workers to join our client based in Swanley, they provide residential care and therapeutic support for vulnerable children and young people.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
• Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans, ensuring the well-being and development of each child.
• Build positive relationships with young people, offering guidance and promoting independent living skills.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and educational staff, to provide holistic care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Support worker / HCA must have a minimum of 3 months plus in healthcare industry.
• Effective communication skills
• Must have a Child & adult DBS on update service.
