Job Opportunity: Site Manager £150M Mixed-Use High-Rise Project

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team for a prestigious £150 million mixed-use residential high-rise project in Birmingham City Centre. This landmark development includes both internal and external packages, and we're looking for a versatile, hands-on manager who can deliver on all fronts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall Site Management: Manage the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring both internal and external packages are delivered to high standards.
- Internal & External Focus: Oversee construction activities across the project, including fit-out, brickwork, and façade packages, and ensure smooth coordination between teams.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
- Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven Experience: Strong background in residential high-rise or mixed-use developments, with experience managing both internal and external works.
- Brickwork Expertise (Preferred): Candidates with a brickwork background or specialist experience in façade and external packages are highly encouraged to apply.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing teams effectively and coordinating multiple packages.
- All-Rounder: A flexible, hands-on approach to managing various aspects of the project, from start to finish.
