All school personnel must be registered with the updating service and have their updated DBS updated. In the event if not, we can help by providing you with a direct application link. An OSPC (Overseas Police Check) is required if you have worked abroad for more than six months in the previous five years. As a safety measure, these will be needed in every school.

Every role can vary dependant on the role you are willing to take, the key responsibilities will be seen below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality childcare and early years education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
• Observe, assess, and record children s progress to inform future planning.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them thrive.
