We are currently on the search for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our client. Opportunity to work on a brand new, state of the art commercial properties in a client direct role! In exchange, you will receive an outstanding salary and package, including a van, fuel card, tools and and monthly bonuses!
This role is paying a basic salary of £42,000 - £45,000 plus an annual bonus of £10,000 (Depending on company KPI performance).
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of brand new commercial properties, carrying out PPM and Reactive maintenance on electrical systems, complete EICR reports, carrying out General Building Maintenance tasks. You will also liaise with sub contractors, strengthen relations with clients and ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition minimum), at least 3 years experience in a similar role, ability to manage your workload independently and a full UK driving license.
Duties: - PPM and reactive maintenance
- Maintenance, installation and repair tasks at various commercial properties across Lancashire and surrounding areas
- Single phase and three phase power
- Fault finding
- Emergency lighting and fire alarms
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Pumps and motors
- Carrying out electrical installation works efficiently
Requirements: - Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition minimum)
- At least 3 years experience prior in commercial maintenance
- A full UK Driving License
- Client facing attitude
- Ability to manage work load independently
Salary and Benefits: - £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
